The swim team committee is a group of unpaid volunteers that help run the neighborhood swim team. It is our goal for every child to have a fun and rewarding experience. Please feel free to contact us directly if you have any questions or would like to help with the team. The primary contacts are:

Represents the team with the ASA, communicates with the HOA as needed, updates team registration, documentation, and content for each season and posts on the website, provides updates on the team through a weekly newsletter during the season, supports the Head Coaches with any required team communication, and provides content for neighborhood newsletter.

• Volunteer Chair: Meredith Brohm

Manages the sign-up of all parent volunteers and makes sure that parents are aware of their obligations.  Communicates volunteer assignments prior to each meet, and manages volunteers during each meet.

• Concessions Chairs: Jennifer Ray and Lindsay Ryan

Orders food, drinks, and supplies for each home meet, and manages the set up and clean up of the concessions stand along with the concessions volunteers.

• Computer Operator: Stephanie Guido

Input the results from each event as reflected on the completed Judges  Placing Form into the computer immediately after each event.  Works both home and away meets at the computer table with the opposing team.
