It’s time to take this show on the road!  Tomorrow is our first away meet.  Here is the information the host team has provided us about the meet.

Our parking will be all along the left side of the road. There will be signs put up that say no parking along the other side so it will be clear. Our address is 2870 Arborwoods Drive, Johns Creek, GA 30022. In our parking lot, there will be a space for your head coach and team rep. Which will be marked off with cones. There is not a whole lot of room to turn around so I would suggest if anyone wants to drop off swimmers or items they do that at the entrance before turning into the pool parking.
We'd love for your team to support our Marlins Grill. In addition to the usual candy, chips and sodas, we will have hot dogs, burgers and buttered noodles, and nachos with all the fixings. Our concessions accept both cash and Venmo. King of Pops, will also be on site. Your bullpen will be on the basketball court right outside the front gate. This is fairly well shaded in the early evening hours, but you are welcome to put up tailgating tents on the court if you'd like. You will walk the kids to our ready bench which is behind the diving boards.Your warm up time is 5:00, Mayfair will warm up at 4:30. The official will have a timers meeting and we will start promptly at 5:30.

Here’s a few reminders for tomorrow and Friday.

THURSDAY

• Regular morning practice times tomorrow.
  • Names and Events will be written on arms/backs, so limit the sunscreen in the am so it stays!
• Pizza and Poster Pep Rally! 12:00 - 1:30 at Nonnina’s Pizzeria (9950 Jones Bridge Rd).
  • Same as last week - not team sponsored, parent/guardian must be there, we’ll have basic supplies, feel free to bring more, and if you can’t make it, you can always make it on your own and bring it with you
  • The best two posters will win an award at Fun Friday!!
• Swim Meet at Mayfair/St. Clair: Arrival 4:30; Start 5:30
  • Theme: It’s time to Hula! Swimmers should wear their team swimsuits, but are encouraged to come decked out/accessorized in the Hawaiian theme, too! The 2 most spirited prizes will be given out at Fun Friday.

FRIDAY

• Last day to register for ASA Championship at GT
• TGIF! It's time to Celebrate! 9:30 - 11:00 am
  • Another thank you to our sponsor Anne Tiano for providing the donuts!
• 9:30 Awards & Donuts. Fun Swim/Games 10 - 11 am
• Mini-sharks are welcome, but our coaches will not be able to watch them, so parental support or flotation support is needed.
• Please monitor your children’s behavior in the pool during Fun Friday.

The initial heat sheet and athlete entries are attached.This will give you a general idea of your swimmer’s events, but it can change throughout the course of the evening and day tomorrow as we get cancellations. Coaches will be sure change events on arms, so everybody is aware.
